Ready to Launch Research (RTL) is a Los Angeles-based boutique market research agency founded in 2014 by CEO Jenny Karubian. RTL offers services like Focus Groups, Surveys, In-depth Interviews, and Ethnography to uncover consumer behavior and market trends. They provide actionable insights for industries such as Beauty, Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Travel, Consumer Electronics, and Video Games.

Project Requirement

The overarching requirement was to give Ready to Launch Research’s website a facelift which included the migration of the website to a contemporary platform, upgrading the UI/UX design and setting the foundation for effective SEO.

We were also entrusted with executing the market research firm’s social media marketing campaign, blog and vlog creation and management.

My Role

  • Design the user interface and improve the user experience of RTL's website.

  • Create a visually appealing, functional, and intuitive design that aligned with RTL's brand identity while enhancing user engagement.

Business Problem

The primary challenge for RTL was their outdated website, which lacked modern UI/UX design, negatively affecting user experience, accessibility, and scalability. The design failed to reflect the company's dynamic and professional image, leading to lower client conversions. Additionally, the website was not optimized for mobile devices, impacting usability in a mobile-first world.

RTL also struggled with a weak social media presence and lacked consistent blog and vlog management, limiting their ability to engage with their audience and showcase their expertise through valuable content.

Goal

Deliver a fully functional, visually appealing, and SEO-optimized website for Ready to Launch Research, including a UI/UX overhaul, CMS migration, and web copy optimization within 6 weeks, ensuring increased user engagement, mobile responsiveness, and brand consistency, while continuing ongoing blog and vlog management setup and social media post designs for sustained online presence and engagement.

Conducted an analysis of RTL’s website to identify pain points and implemented a modern, minimalistic UI to improve navigation and user experience. Focused on simplifying the customer journey and enhancing lead generation.

Responsive Web Design

Adopted a mobile-first approach to ensure the website was fully responsive and accessible across all devices.

Social Media Posts

Created engaging and visually appealing social media content to boost RTL’s online presence and drive traffic to the website.

Blog and Vlog Management

Integrated a blog and vlog management system, producing SEO-driven content and videos. Designed and edited vlog videos to align with RTL’s brand and provide valuable insights.
